What is a Hers Rater?
A Hers Rater is a special inspector certified by the California Energy Commission (CEC) to rate homes according to the Home Energy Rating System. We are a independent third party company trained to perform energy efficient field verifications and/or diagnostic tests to determine energy efficiency levels.
